Are there Criteria for Becoming an Expert or Elite Member?
No. If you're prepared to invest in Expert or Elite Membership, you're a person who will invest in your business and marketing.
By far the most important factor in web design or marketing is intent. If you're determined, you can learn everything you need, and as an Expert or Elite member, you'll get all the support you need to succeed.
How Do I Get on the Marketing Site?
We launched our dedicated marketing site (“Find A Pro Web Designer.com”) just for PWDA members in August 2011.
All members will qualify for an entry on the site. Expert and Elite members will get a full listing, with Elite members' listings having priority.
The only criterion is that you must have a website to market your web services (design, development, SEO, copywriting, consulting etc.).
How do I Upgrade?
We make it easy for you to upgrade to a higher level of membership at any point - even in the middle of a month.
If you wish to upgrade, just tell us, and we'll send you a unique link that will keep your subscription up to date.
What is a “Whaling Group”?
A “whaling group” comes from the sales term “whale hunting”, which means focusing your sales effort on large prey (prospects).
The principle is that it can be far more efficient to focus on just a few large wins per year than to be constantly turning the wheel of the sales machine.
Whaling groups are available to Elite PWDA members only. Any Elite member may discover an opportunity for a large project, which they do not have the resources to deliver - or even to close.
In that type of situation, an Elite member may bring the opportunity to the rest of the Elite group, and Ben's team. Together, we'll consider what resources we have, what other resources we can draw on, and what contacts we may be able to employ - to win and then to deliver the project.

The course is not formally accredited by an educational body. It is a practical, vocational training designed to help you succeed in the real world.
