1. Delivery Policy

The Pro Web Design Course is a digital product and shall be delivered via the Internet. To access the course, you will need a compatible computer with a fast Internet connection, an email account a web browser, and the ability to play Flash and MP4 video files. Access will be provided via a secure log-in code, which will be delivered to the customer by email.

Access to the complete course shall typically be delivered over a period of six months. Customers will recieve access to the content in month one immediately upon registration, and then one additional month on the same day for the following five consecutive months.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are committed that every customer of the Pro Web Design Course should have a satisfactory experience. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us initially (by emailing ben@benhunt.net) and we will do what we can to resolve your concerns.

Should you wish to cancel a monthly subscription, simply cancel your PayPal subscription (instructions here). This will cancel your payments for any future months. Payments for past complete months will not be refundable.

If you choose the “Buy Now & Save” option, paying in full for the course, the first three months shall be available immediately upon completion of your payment, and months 4-6 shall become available one month later. We will consider refunds only at our discretion, and only within the first month of membership.

3. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions

The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are prowebdesignalliance.com, its affiliates or other third party licensors.
